Media release: La Bonne Auberge set to re-Connect with its Celtic side

CelticConnections

JANUARY has just warmed up with news that iconic Glasgow brasserie, La Bonne Auberge, is once again set to host impromptu late-night events to coincide with the city’s annual Celtic Connections festival.

As long-time supporters of Glasgow’s winter celebration of music, which features local and international artists, La Bonne Auberge is preparing for its informal, after hours ‘House of Song’ events throughout the festival which takes place from 17 January until 3 February 2019.

Marc Jones, general manager at La Bonne Auberge, comments: “We may be the city’s favourite French brasserie, but Scotland and France have close links which go back hundreds of years so we’re especially pleased to extend a warm welcome Celtic Connections’ artists and fans once again.

“Our events will offer music lovers uniquely relaxed and often impromptu evenings with no formal start time, which go on until the wee small hours! 2019 will be our tenth anniversary of involvement with Celtic Connections, which really is a world-class showcase for Scotland, and we’re delighted to once again play our part in the celebrations of the country’s rich musical heritage.”

La Bonne Auberge will announce dates for their House of Song events via their social media channels so, for details, follow @LaBonneAuberge on Facebook and Twitter and @labonneauberge_on Instagram.
