GLASGOW-based public relations consultancy, Liquorice Media, has been named Most Client-Focused PR Consultancy 2020 at the fourth annual SME News Scottish Enterprise Awards.
The awards aim to recognise the best SMEs for their innovation, excellence and dedication to providing the best and most outstanding services to clients and customers.
Liquorice Media co-founder, Graham Lironi (pictured), said: “We’re delighted to receive this recognition of our dedication to client service for Scottish SMEs, the lifeblood of the economy.
“In our experience, a boutique public relations operation where the principal meets regularly with clients to discuss strategy and exchange confidences and assumes responsibility for the delivery of identified objectives, is superior to the standard model where an account director is appointed to oversee the client
relationship, but where the day-to-day delivery of the account is delegated to executive level.”
Liquorice Media was established in 2007 and, today, its varied clientele spans a range of sectors, including: property; professional services; financial and corporate; construction and manufacturing.
