Media Release: La Parmigiana introduces graduation menu

ANYONE seeking to make their graduation celebrations a stylish affair will be interested to know that the multi, award-winning La Parmigiana on Glasgow’s Great Western Road has introduced a menu to ensure that graduation will be an extra special occasion.

A three course meal for £19.50, including a celebratory glass of Prosecco, La Parmigiana’s graduation menu offers starters of: vegetable minestrone; pasta with Italian sausage, basil and cherry tomatoes and pasta parcels with spinach and ricotta served with parmesan and butter.

The main dishes are: fillet of organic Scottish salmon baked in pastry with a basil sauce; pan chicken fillet with white wine and lemon juice; pasta layered with ragu and béchamel sauce; Italian fish bouillabaisse; breast of Gressingham duck with grapes in a red wine sauce; risotto with asparagus and pan fried lamb cutlets with garlic and rosemary.

Desserts, meanwhile, offer a choice between pear poached in white wine and white chocolate parfait.

La Parmigiana proprietor, Sandro Giovanazz,i said: “Graduation is a time of great celebration, and a classic Italian meal with all the family is the perfect way to celebrate in style following the graduation ceremony – and a glass of Prosecco is an ideal way to toast the tremendous achievements of a hard-working graduate!”
