Media Release: The Smiths, tribute night

TIME to quiff up your hair, dig out your hearing aids and NHS glasses and wave your gladioli.

King Tut’s presents a tribute to The Smiths and Morrissey, with all proceeds going to the Chemotherapy Day Area, Cancer Unit, Ninewells Hospital, Dundee.

Over ten bands playing from 8pm until midnight – all hosted by celebrity TV presenter and journalist, Heather Suttie, and with late night music supplied by radio presenter, Vic Galloway.

Acts confirmed so far: Miss the Occupier, Red Bee Society, Adopted As Holograph, San Fran & The Siscos, The Surfing Gnomes, Screaming Falcon Punch, Scunner, The Bluebells, Roy Moller, Woodenbox with a Fistfull of Fivers and a special appearance by Edinburgh Fringe Festival favourite John Hegley.
