J&E Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has opened a new office in Dumbarton as its programme of investment in the expansion of its branch network throughout Scotland continues apace.
Headed up by Steven Ferguson, the new office, 130 High Street, is Shepherd’s twenty ninth office in Scotland – and its thirtieth is already in the pipeline.
Commenting on the new office opening, Mr Ferguson said: “I’m looking forward to introducing and developing a permanent presence for our range of services in Dumbarton.
“Having previously serviced Dumbarton from our Glasgow base, we became convinced that Dumbarton’s property market has such potential for growth that it demanded the investment of a dedicated office to give Shepherd’s a full-time local presence on the ground.
“I’m delighted to have the opportunity to introduce our valuation services to Dumbarton at a time when more and more evidence suggests that we are starting to emerge from the recession.”
