Media Release: Easthaven Group launches PA Academy

AN audience of more than 40 people came together in Aberdeen (Tuesday, February 01) for the launch of an initiative for personal assistants (PAs).

The PA Academy programme, which was launched by Aberdeen-based global training consultancy the Easthaven Group, has been designed to address the needs of PAs, allowing them to fully focus on themselves, their role and skills in an environment intended to support significant and meaningful progression.

Sheryl Newman, operations director at Easthaven, who organised the event, was delighted with the support received for the initiative.

Sheryl said: “As a former PA myself, I know only too well the demands of such a role and how important it is to harness any chance of progression within your work.

“I hope the event helped those in attendance to realise how they can achieve their career potential with the support of their contemporaries.

“It was great to see so many enthusiastic and driven individuals at the event and I hope it will mark the start of what will be a supportive and progressive programme for many people within the local business community.”
