ASM have now completed the major part of a £600k refurbishment programme at Broadfold house, Bridge of Don on behalf of Total Waste Management Alliance Ltd (TWMA), with three floors of the building now upgraded.
The extensive works have seen new finishes throughout, upgrades to heating, lighting and services, public areas and meeting areas refurbished, and extensive cleaning and repair to the external fabric of the building to create a modern attractive workplace.
Following on from this project, ASM were delighted to be awarded a design and fit-out contract for the first floor of the building; this 9,140 sq. ft space is to be occupied by TWMA.
Following their move on to the first floor, the third floor of the building will be available for lease on flexible lease terms.
The second floor of the building, amounting to 8,104 sq. ft, fully upgraded, is currently available for lease and all enquiries should be made to Katherine Monro / Chris Ion at Knight Frank on 01224 644272.
