SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has been instructed by BW Contracts to offer a development site in Peterhead for sale.
The site, which extends to over one acre, is located on the east side of Windmill Street in close proximity to its junction with Backgate/Ellis Street and has a secondary access off Longate.
The surrounding area is mixed in nature, featuring a large number of residential properties, although a number of other commercial premises are located nearby.
James Morrison, surveyor at Shepherd’s Aberdeen office, said: “We believe the site has development potential for a variety of uses, although it would appear to be most suitable for residential purposes.
“The Aberdeenshire Local Plan has identified the site within an area marked for redevelopment.”
Offers which do not contain suspensive planning conditions will be favourably considered although offers including such provisions will be entertained.
