Media Release: Shepherd steers Dieselink down the road to Strathclyde Business Park

Murdostoun House

SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has relocated Dieselink, part of the fuel division of international business services group Fuel Card Services, from Motherwell into a 3,366sq ft first floor office suite at Murdostoun House, a two storey office pavilion in Avondale Campus at Strathclyde Business Park.

Jamie Savage, head of Shepherd’s recently-opened commercial office in Motherwell said: “Having occupied an industrial unit in Orbiston Street in Motherwell for some years, Dieselink commissioned Shepherd initially to conduct an office relocation search.

“Following preparation of an in-depth report into various possible re-locations options, including an analysis of available transport links, we identified Murdostoun House as the ideal location for Dieselink’s requirements.

“This high-spec, recently-refurbished and excellently-located pavilion accommodation, met all the criteria originally set by our clients.”

In providing a complete property service, Shepherd also negotiated the lease surrender over Dieselink’s previous accommodation in Motherwell, utilising the expertise of its building surveying department, which assisted with the dilapidation advice.

This complete service helped pave a clear path for Dieselink’s relocation into more suitable, modern and cost effective premises that suited their current and future property requirements.

Dieselink provides fleet managers with a choice of fuel cards offering discounts for petrol and diesel.
