Media Release: Three wise Shepherds set to celebrate Christmas with APC passes

Andrew Michel

CHRISTMAS must be approaching – three Shepherds have secured their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and been elevated to MRICS status.

The three wise men, all from Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, are: Andrew Michel, a building surveyor in Aberdeen; John Hutton, a residential surveyor in Glasgow and Michael-John Henretty, a residential surveyor in Dundee.

Adrian Stott, an assessor and partner at Shepherd, said: “These three wise men are the end product of our continuous programme of investing in graduate surveyors, training them and putting them through their professional qualifications.

“Our clients will now benefit from their expertise throughout the years ahead as they embark on the next stage of their careers in the surveying profession.”

Shepherd has a well-established programme of investment in training new graduate surveyors.

As well as partner, Adrian Stott’s additional roles as assessor, chair of assessors and auditor of assessors with overall responsibility for APC training, fellow Shepherd partner Ewen Sparks and associates William Laidlaw, Richard Blanski, Jamie Savage and Andrew Sykes, act as APC assessors, demonstrating the firm’s unparalleled commitment to the APC process and ability to provide candidates with all the information, advice and assistance they need to help them through their APCs.
