A SPECIALIST recruitment agency has expanded into larger premises in Peterhead as part of a continued growth and expansion strategy.
Genesis Personnel, which specialises in providing a broad range of recruitment resources to the North-east, has moved into new larger premises next door to its previous Peterhead office to cope with increased demand and business growth in recent months.
Based in the town’s Marischal Street, the two floor office spans 270 sq metres, which is double the size of the previous.
The premises have been completely refurbished to boast spacious open plan office space with hot desks and reception area on the ground floor and a large board room accommodating up to 30 delegates and specialist training room on the second floor.
Managing director of Genesis Personnel, Wendy Marr, said: “We want to ensure that our staff are comfortable and that we are offering a friendly environment for our clients when they walk through our door.
“The open plan office enables staff to communicate a lot better and the décor is really uplifting, which has resulted in a great morale boost in our team.
“This move ensures we are in a stable position for the future expansion of our team and allows us to now focus on the refurbishment of the Aberdeen office.”
The company currently employs 19 members of staff across its Peterhead and Aberdeen bases providing recruitment on permanent, temporary and contract basis to a range of oil and gas clients worldwide in a range of sectors including marine, industrial, commercial, driving, legal and oil and gas.
