A LEADING Scottish hotel management company has appointed two new board members to strengthen its services.
Stephen Carter OBE and Mike Dickson have been formally appointed as shareholding directors with Prestige Hotel Management Limited.
Prestige is a privately owned company operating in the hotel management sectors throughout the UK, with a fundamental commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, quality and resource development.

Mr Carter and Mr Dickson have joined the business management team as directors, using their experience in the hospitality and finance sectors to build on hotel development opportunities.
Mr Carter is a high achieving business manager with over 40 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, and has worked at a number of top Scottish hotels over the years.
Mr Dickson, who qualified as a chartered accountant in 1972, has hands on experience of mergers and acquisitions, financial strategic planning, fund-raising and managing change in operational scenarios. In the past, he has advised two hotel proprietors on funding and banking requirements and relationships.
