Of his appointment, Wyllie said: “This appointment represents a significant development in my career. I’m delighted to join Shepherd’s busy Glasgow office at a time of growth and look forward to providing our expanding client base with a comprehensive building surveying service.”

Welcoming Wyllie to the firm, Steve Barnett, Commercial Partner at Shepherd in Glasgow, said: “Ewan’s wealth of experience enhances our building surveying offering throughout the West of Scotland, adding to our comprehensive multi disciplinary property service.”

And Graeme McDonald, head of Building Surveying at Shepherd, said: “Ewan is a welcome addition to our building surveying team at a time when we are experiencing a significant rise in workload across Scotland. His experience will greatly benefit our existing and new clients throughout Glasgow and the West of Scotland.”

Shepherd Building Surveying offers a broad spectrum of core and specialist building surveying services, including: pre-acquisition inspections, landlord/tenant lease and property advice; defect analysis and advice; dilapidations; condition surveys/schedules of condition; reinstatement cost assessments; planned maintenance and cost advice; Energy Performance Certificates; CDM co-ordinator and contract administration.
