A TRIO of best-selling authors will return to the scene of the crime at the Avenue Shopping Centre in Newton Mearns next week to discuss their work and crime writing in Scotland.

The crime writers, former journalist Craig Robertson, Govan-born Caro Ramsay and Emmy-award winning American author and TV writer, Michael J Malone, are participating in a free Waterstone’s book event on Wednesday 2nd April at Primavera Bistro from 7pm until 8.30pm, having previously appeared at The Avenue for a crime night in November 2012.

Michelle McCabe, centre manager at The Avenue, said: “We’re delighted to welcome back this popular trio of crime writers to the centre and know that many of their fans will be in attendance to hear the inside story about their favourite fictional characters.”

Free tickets for the event are available at Waterstones and Primavera Bistro at The Avenue.

The Avenue Shopping Centre offers shoppers a warm and welcoming shopping experience conveniently located on the outskirts of Glasgow city centre.
