A new PR and marketing executive has been appointed at Aberdeen's exhibition and conference centre.
Sarah Robertson comes from a diverse working background, having been marketing executive for water pump company, Filpumps.
She also worked for laser system manufacturing company Measurement Devices Ltd.
She expressed her enthusiasm about taking up the new challenge at the AECC, telling allmediascotland: “I’m excited and looking forward to it, there are a lot of different venues, meetings and concerts.”
Brian Horsburgh, managing director for AECC, said in a statement issued by the AECC: “With the appointment of Sarah to the sales and marketing department we have further enhanced the already strong team we have in place and are seeing the benefits already.”
Ms Robertson succeeds Louise Duthie – who has joined Aberdeen-based advertising and marketing company, The Big Picture, as an account manager – and will report to head of PR, marketing and professional conference organiser, Victoria Withy-Drysdale.
