MacNicol shortlisted in sports pics competition

A SCOTS freelance photographer has been shortlisted in an annual sports photography awards.

Glasgow-based Ian MacNicol has been named among the nominees in the photography section of the British Sports Journalism Awards, run by the¬†Sports Journalists’ Association.

The winners will be announced on the 25th.

In January, MacNicol was named the winner of a swimming sports photography competition.
