AN one-stop shop – providing PR, design, marketing and IT – was launched in the Highlands last night, proclaiming itself to be the first integrated agency of its type in the area.
The Wee Agency has been launched by three existing companies – 2bcreative, Alchemy+ and Muckle Media – who will each continue to keep their existing names, while being part of the bigger entity.
Says the Inverness-based new company, its mission is “to deliver highly creative, award-winning campaigns that support client organisations in reaching their goals, by bringing together some of the smartest creative minds in communications in Scotland and sharing best practice”.
It adds: “Traditionally, digital marketing agencies are spun out of either PR, marketing, design or IT companies, the issue with this approach is that the resulting team and offering tend to be specialists in one area, with less expertise in the others. The Wee Agency will bridge this gap by offering design, development, IT, public relations and digital marketing, with one account manager and essentially one creative campaign idea delivered by a team of experts in their fields.
“Collectively, The Wee Agency member businesses employ 17 staff across sites in Inverness and Edinburgh. It is hoped that collaborating will allow the agency to support bigger organisations across the UK, seeking integrated campaigns.
