HEAD judge, Robert Ross, said: “We are expecting more than 100 bakers to deliver some approaching 800 biscuits, breads, pies, pastries, cakes, rolls, savouries and scones to us in Dunfermline on 31st March and I have nearly 50 expert judges lined up to test the best – so we can truly crown the premier baker in the land later in the year.”
