THEsearch for the best baker in Scotland is back and to mark the launch of the competition, we would love you to join us for a bakery event like no other.
Press are invited from 10.00am as six City of Glasgow final year bakery students go head-to-head to bring us ‘Scotland on a cake’ with the winning student, as judged by veteran Scottish baker, Robert Ross, and Little Venice Cake Company founder, Mich Turner MBE, taking home a prestigious work experience day at multiple award winner Mimi’s Bakehouse.
Access to the live cake decorating event, interviews and a photo call from 10am.
Please take a Lateral Flow Test before your arrival and remember to wash/sanitise your hands and keep a safe distance from other guests; there is plenty of space.
