Main dish options are: roast borders turkey; escalope of seared organic salmon fillet with pesto crust; pave of prime Scottish beef, wild mushroom, leek and asparagus lasagne; penne piccanti and Tuscan vegetable. Main dish options are: roast borders turkey; sirloin of prime Scottish beef; pan seared organic salmon fillet; wild mushroom, leek and asparagus lasagne and grilled fillet of sea bass.
