Media Release: Fusion continues to go global as new contract is signed with ISEUSA

FUSION Meetings & Events is looking forward to building on its increasingly global client base in 2013 with the news that the UK based company, a division of Fusion Group UK and now active in 43 countries worldwide, has just signed another new destination management contract with International Student Exchange USA (ISEUSA).

The two organisations have now enjoyed a successful four-year working relationship with Brian Hause, ISEUSA’s project manager keen to commend Fusion’s ‘personal level of service’ as well as its ‘close attention to detail which brings relatively difficult to organise trips with hard to please guests together seamlessly’.

He said: “Fusion has now organised a number of major events for our company including a trip which saw 400 guests come to both Edinburgh and Barcelona.

“Fusion organised every aspect of the trip from start to finish. This covered hotel accommodation; meals, transfers; tours and overall event management – a trip with a very large number of people to cater for and to impress.”

And as Mr Hause explained, Fusion immediately made his budget work harder. “I am happy to say that Fusion made the impossible, possible,” he said.

“This was a major event for us and expectations were high. Through Fusion we achieved amazing savings and strong budget management whilst still laying on an amazing trip which is still talked about in our organisation as one of the best ever.

“Overall, I would say that Fusion take the time to make sure that each and every guest is taken care of with a personal level of service not often seen nowadays.

“They have a tremendous eye for detail too and we are more than happy to sign another contract with them again for 2013. We also won’t hesitate to recommend them to other US companies.”
