THE AA rosette La Bonne Auberge brasserie at Holiday Inn Glasgow Theatreland has introduced a new wine list offering customers a fresh selection of exceptional varietals from the Mediterranean and beyond.

Featuring reds ranging from light, simple delicate varietals as well as juicy, medium-bodied, fruit-led options through to spicy, peppery, warming reds and oaked, intense, concentrated flavours, the new lists’ whites range from very dry, delicate, light wines, through to dry, herbaceous or aromatic flavours and juicy, fruit-driven, ripe options.

As well as rose wines, the list offers a range of champagne and sparkling wines, from the Amanti Prosecco Extra Dry to the Dom Perignon Brut.

Diana Espersen, restaurant manager at La Bonne Auberge, said: “Our new wine list offers excellence, variety and value. As a French Mediterranean brasserie, we naturally lean towards wines from those regions, so the range includes many varietals from France, Spain and Italy.

“However, as we pride ourselves on offering a full selection, wines from New Zealand, Chile, South Africa and the USA also feature. We have been experimental in our choices and encourage our wine supplier to suggest new and unusual flavours, which cannot be found anywhere else.”

La Bonne Auberge is located in the heart of Theatreland in Glasgow city centre and surrounded by some of Glasgow’s top theatres, as well as Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.
