Not a lot of laughs, one suspects, at the Daily Record, with sister title, the Daily Mirror, and, in particular, its 3am gossip column.
As 90 editorial posts at the Record and the Sunday Mail are earmarked for redundancy, ahead of more content no doubt coming from the Mirror, the column positively 'oozed sympathy' today by calling Scotland the “land of deep fried Mars bars”, while having a pop at STV sweetheart, Michelle McManus, who is described as being “mildly famous (in Glasgow)”.
