Mackinnon celebrates double nomination

A BBC ONE drama directed by a Scot has received two nominations at one of the world’s most prestigious TV entertainment award ceremonies.

Douglas Mackinnon directed the first three episodes of Jekyll, which has been shortlisted for the Best Drama title at the Rose d’Or Festival.

In addition, lead actor, James Nesbitt, in the running for the Best Entertainer prize. Late last year, Nesbitt received a Golden Globe nomination for his performance in the series.
