The cover from an edition of a Scottish music magazine has won the Lifestyle category award at an UK-wide competition celebrating the best in magazine cover design.
Monthly title, Clash, based in Dundee and London, was conferred the award by The Maggies, which invites the general public to vote for its favourite magazine covers.
Overall winner was an edition of Q magazine featuring singer, Lily Allen. The Clash's winning front cover featured the band, Stone Roses.
Says Clash publisher, John O'Rourke: “We are naturally delighted and certainly didn't expect it. It is always nice to have your creativity applauded.”
